What do you like most about being a mold inspector?:

I enjoy meeting new people and I always feel welcomed during inspections. Also, I get to spend my days inspecting new properties.

Describe an inspection that you are particularly proud of: (Specifics on mold issue, Client relationship, What was rewarding about it)

I was hired-on to inspect a home full of ancient artifacts. While I was there the owner asked me to test every room except the kitchen. During my visual assessment, I noticed a large dark microbial growth on the AC supply that was directly over the kitchen island where food was being prepared. I expressed my concern to the owner, and I recommended a surface sample. He didn’t think it was necessary and I continued the testing and returned to the kitchen to ask again if I could swab the growth and again. He denied the additional sample once again. I finished the testing and while finishing the paperwork I said with insistence I want to test the AC supply. He thought about it and finally agreed. The results came back a few days later and they showed that the growth was Stachybotrys.

Why should a prospective client choose you to perform their mold inspection?:

I always do thorough inspections and I make sure to provide the best service.

Mold Inspection & Testing Pembroke Pines Florida

So rest easy resident of Pembroke pines ,Florida, if there is a issue with fungal growth in your home or business, the certified inspectors at MI&T will find the problem and name the origin. When it comes to mold, testing is the only method that can get you the answers you want. All of the samples we collect are sent to an independent laboratory for investigation. They provide a complete report of all our results that can be used as data for disputes in which someone like a landlord, seller, or building management is trying to downplay the significance of a problem within your home. At the same time, we will be delighted to act as a representative for any of our clients by explaining and backing whatever conclusions our test results show. After this is complete you will have hard evidence of what type of mold is there inside your home or business and exactly how much of it is there. It will show without a doubt whether or not a problem exists and how serious it is.

Our mold inspection company in Pembroke pines ,Florida uses state of the art technology like thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to find the best places to test. Our inspectors then collect air/surface samples to determine what kinds of mold are present in your air. This is the only precise way to establish what is happening with your indoor air quality. Be aware of unethical practices like offering a “free mold inspection”, as these are typically promoted by remediation companies. As mentioned earlier, the company handling your assessment should be independent of whoever you plan to hire to handle the necessary work. Just because you see mold does not mean a professional is required to handle the work as some mold is common and non-toxic. The only way to find out for sure precisely what is happening with your indoor environment is to mold test Pembroke pines. Without air and surface sample collection, anything else is just a presumption.

Once the test results come in, we will telephone you directly and let you know whether or not elevated levels of mold exist at the location of the Pembroke pines mold inspection. If elevated levels of mold do exist, you will be offered a step-by-step protocol to get your indoor environment back to normal. If you are being provided with these detailed steps; chances are we will be recommending that a professional with all the necessary equipment performs the work. This is valuable information for whatever company you go with to handle the remediation process. Making sure only required work is done and the job is finished the first time around saves a lot of time and money. The best remediation companies not only rather that an initial inspection is completed before a removal, but also that a clearance test is taken after to ensure everything has been completed correctly. This keeps them truthful, but more importantly guarantees that your indoor air quality has returned to normal.

We hope that you have learned a little more about the entire process. If you have any more questions we are standing by to assist you in any way we can. Call us anytime at 305-999-5131.
