Professional Background:
I hold a degree in International Business from UCEVA and bring a strong set of credentials to my inspections: I'm a Licensed Florida Mold Assessor and Licensed Florida Mold Remediator, IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), and hold a Wind Mitigation Inspection certification. That combination lets me understand both how moisture damage happens and how it's properly corrected.
Major Metro Served:
I serve the greater Miami and South Florida area, where I've lived for the past six years. What I enjoy most about living here are the people, the weather, and the incredible variety of places to explore — from the beautiful beaches to the Everglades. South Florida's tropical climate — year-round heat and humidity, heavy rain, coastal moisture, hurricane season, and near-constant air conditioning — makes this one of the most mold-prone regions anywhere, so understanding how our local homes and condos manage moisture is central to what I do.
Motivation:
What I like most about being a mold inspector is helping people understand what's happening inside their homes. Many clients are concerned about their health, their indoor air quality, or potential property damage. I focus on identifying the issue and helping them find the right solution as quickly as possible.
Success Story:
Every inspection is different, and each property presents its own challenges, but my goal is always the same: to identify any mold or moisture issues and help homeowners understand exactly what steps they can take to address them. It's very rewarding to know that my work helps families feel more confident and comfortable in their homes.
Why Choose MI&T Miami?
Clients should choose me because I focus on thorough inspections, accurate findings, and clear communication. I take the time to carefully evaluate the property, identify potential moisture sources, and explain the results so they're easy to understand. My goal is to provide reliable information so clients can make confident decisions about their property.

If your do have issues with, you will be provided with step-by-step protocol to get your indoor environment back to normal. This is valuable information for whatever company you go with to handle the remediation process. Making sure only necessary work is done and the job is completed the 1st time around saves a lot of time and money.
When you know for a fact a problem exists, where the source is and how far it has spread you might decide to forego the initial assessment and head straight into the removal. As long as all the above are true, that decision is okay. However, we highly recommend getting clearance testing done to ensure that the job was completed correctly. This is done by taking an air sample from within each containment area to prove there are no longer elevated conditions in those area(s). If the tests fail, we give instructions for what else needs to be done in order to pass. Hopefully it passes on the first time and the build back process can begin immediately.
MI&T abides by Florida law and only employs inspectors that are state licensed mold assessors. Florida is one of the strictest states in the country for regulations in this industry.
