MI&T Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services and website of MI&T Mold Inspection & Testing("MI&T," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By visiting our website, submitting information through our contact forms, calling our office, or using our inspection services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

1. Universal Acceptance of Terms

By booking an inspection, submitting a contact form, calling MI&T, receiving inspection services, or otherwise interacting with MI&T in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

• These Terms apply regardless of whether you sign the written Limited Mold Inspection Agreement.
• The written Agreement, when signed, supplements and controls specific details of the inspection, but the fundamental limitations of liability and dispute resolution provisions apply in all cases.

2. Services Provided

MI&T provides professional mold inspections and related testing. Services are limited in scope and intended to identify the presence of mold and/or conditions conducive to mold growth. Services do not include destructive investigation, building code compliance inspections, or warranties of any kind.

3. Liability Limitation

All inspections and services provided are subject to the following limitation of liability:

• Any claim, legal action, or dispute relating to our inspections, testing, or reports is limited to the total fee paid for the inspection and/or testing.
• MI&T, its inspectors, and its laboratories are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or future damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, repairs, medical expenses, or legal fees.
• By using our services, you expressly agree to this limitation of liability.

4. Text Messaging & Opt-Out

When you provide your phone number through our website, forms, or communications, you consent to receive text messages from MI&T regarding scheduling, inspection updates, reports, and occasional promotional offers.

• Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or by contacting us at office@mitmold.com or 855-600-6653.
• Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchase.

5. Payment & Refunds

• All fees are due at the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of receiving the inspection report. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the terms of our Limited Mold Inspection Agreement.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes not resolved through our refund process will be handled by binding, non-appealable arbitrationunder the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Both parties waive the right to jury trial.
• Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the date of the inspection.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its functionality. All website content is owned by MI&T and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

8. No Warranty

Inspection reports reflect conditions at the time of the inspection only. No warranty or guarantee, express or implied, is provided regarding property conditions, systems, or components.

9. Updates to Terms

MI&T may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective as of the "Effective Date" listed above.
