Perfect timing! They came at the estimated time and called 30 minutes before to inform me they were on their way. Plus! Super friendly and professional staff.

My wife and I were interested in purchasing a home we knew had previous water damage. We contacted MI&T and the next day they were able to do an assessment. We had no experience with this type of thing but luckily their technician was there to walk us through the whole process. They are extremely helpful and care about their clients. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about buying a home, or has a home with water damage.

I discovered a nasty water leak in my basement during a weekend. I could tell there was some damage from the smell alone. I called into MIT expecting no one to answer and just to leave a voicemail but surprisingly someone picked up. I was even more surprised when they said they could come to my home immediately, on a saturday. They were in and out very quickly and I got my results back within a few days. They even told me how to go about fixing the damage. I was very impressed with their professionalism
