Dallas Mold Inspection
The process begins with a thorough visual inspection of your property and use of a thermal imaging camera and/or moisture meter throughout the premises. We’ll identify any red flags areas like water intrusion, excess moisture, and/or visible growth. Once we have pinpointed the area(s) of greatest concern, the client and inspector will agree upon a plan for Dallas mold testing. This is when air and surface mold tests are collected and eventually delivered|mailed to an independent laboratory for examination.
Once we receive the results from the lab, we will then take our inspectors findings to bring together your final report. This will include all the readings, pictures, and observations that were taken from the mold inspection location in Dallas, Texas. Some people will simply receive a clearance letter stating the site tested did not come back elevated for mold and require no further action. Customers that do have a problem at hand will be provided with a detailed protocol for abatement. Having this report at your disposal is crucial for making sure the company you hire only does work that is necessary. This is important because it keeps costs low as possible and ensures every step is taken to make sure the indoor environment is returned to normal, acceptable levels. We don’t provide estimates for remediation but you can simply take our report to multiple restoration companies and ask them approximately how much a job of that size would cost to take on.
Dallas Mold Testing
If your property does require professional mold remediation and you go off and hire another company to handle the work, we highly recommend that you perform a clearance test after the job is complete. By taking inspecting the work area and taking an air sample from within the containment, we are able to tell if the job is completed correctly. If the clearance test passes, the build back can begin immediately. If not, we will give instructions for what additional work needs to be done in order to pass.
