What is included when you decide to use our service you ask? Well we send a licensed Texas mold consultant, the most respected credential a mold inspector can have in the entire country to your property. They will start with a thorough visual of the entire property from attic to crawlspace and everything in between. From here they will determine what they consider to be the area(s) of greatest concern. Our basic Fort Worth mold testing includes 1 inside and one outside air sample to determine if elevated conditions exist within the property or not. If an inspector finds red flag areas like excess moisture or visible mold growth, they will recommend additional samples (air or surface) be collected.
Our Fort Worth mold inspector takes all the samples collected and sends them into an independent lab for analysis. If the results show that elevated conditions do in fact exist, you will be provided with a detailed report for how to get rid of the problems. This report will include a protocol for you or a professional mold remediation company to complete and return your indoor air quality to normal.
Whether you can here because you’ve recently had water damage, are feeling sick, or simply notice something out of the ordinary, we have done countless Fort Worth mold inspections for cases just like yours. You can be sure that if there is a problem, we will find it and get you the information you need to get rid of it.
